Meg Grogan

At ACC, Meg supports the agency’s growth through strategic creative and marketing innovation. Working with Advisory, ACC’s in-house consultancy, she develops go-to-market strategies and culture-driven ideas that enable brands to impact culture.

Prior to joining ACC, Meg served as Head of Creative and Strategy at R&CPMK, leading the agency’s global creative vision, strategic planning, and cross-network collaboration. She oversaw integrated creative development and campaign strategy for a diverse roster, including leadership of the Heineken business.

With more than a decade of experience spanning entertainment, integrated marketing, and brand partnerships, Meg has built a career at the intersection of culture, creativity, and innovation. She began her career in fashion, driving digital marketing and web development initiatives for brands such as Coach before moving to London to focus on social and influencer marketing for Nokia during several global device launches and its acquisition by Microsoft.

Meg later joined Skype, where she led brand marketing and managed partnerships with Marvel, X Games, Live Nation, and major television networks. There, she helped bring Skype TX to market – transforming the broadcast industry by pioneering remote contributor technology that reshaped how live television is produced.

In 2016, Meg relocated to Los Angeles with Microsoft to lead marketing for Microsoft Office, continuing her work at the forefront of creative innovation, brand storytelling, and technology integration.

Throughout her career, Meg has been instrumental in developing and executing award-winning campaigns that connect global brands to culture in meaningful and measurable ways. Above all else, Meg is a true pop culture junkie and has seen Harry Styles 13 times in concert.
