Cindi Berger

Cindi Berger has been a trailblazer and driving force in the PR and communications industry for more than four decades. As CEO of the newly launched PMK Entertainment, a firm focused on A-list talent, music, sports, premium content companies, corporate entertainment communications, and crisis communications, Berger oversees the agency’s powerhouse portfolio of clients and leads the company’s overall vision and growth strategy. A storytelling visionary and communications expert, Berger has shaped some of the industry’s most ground-breaking campaigns and helped launch and manage the careers of many of the biggest names in entertainment, sports, and media.

Prior to founding PMK Entertainment, Berger served as longtime Chairman and CEO of R&CPMK, one of the most renowned integrated marketing and communications firms in global entertainment, whose roster included more than 300 of the world’s most prominent actors, musicians, producers, directors, content creators, athletes, as well as more than 30 Fortune 500 brands.

An accomplished publicist and business leader, Berger has been widely recognized for her impact on the industry. She has been named one of New York’s 50 Most Powerful Women by the New York Post, one of the Top 50 Women Who Run New York by Gotham Magazine, and one of the Top 20 Most Powerful Publicists in Hollywood by Business Insider. She is the first publicist ever included in Variety’s prestigious Women’s Impact List and has been featured in Variety’s Women of Impact issue. Her honors also include the New York Women in Communications Matrix Award, the New York Women in Film & Television Muse Award, Adweek’s Advertising Working Mother of the Year Award, and induction into PRWeek’s Hall of Fame in 2020. That same year, Berger also delivered the 125th commencement address at Ithaca College, her alma mater and was awarded an honorary doctorate degree.
