Ilyssa serves as Vice President, Legal, for Acceleration Community of Companies (ACC), where she is supporting its growing network of agencies, partners, and clients. With a background that spans in-house legal roles at Disney, Hulu, Interpublic Group, and most recently Autograph (a sports and entertainment-focused technology startup), Ilyssa brings almost two decades of experience navigating the legal and business challenges that sit at the intersection of media, marketing, and technology.

Throughout her career, Ilyssa has partnered with cross-functional teams to structure and negotiate commercial deals, advise on advertising and product strategies, and manage legal risk in fast-paced, high-growth environments. She has worked closely with brands, agencies, and platforms to advise on everything from creative campaigns and sponsorship activations to product development and day-to-day business operations. More than anything, Ilyssa values building strong relationships across teams and takes pride in making legal approachable and easy to work with—helping teams move forward with practical guidance and a clear path to get things done.
